Battle Chess is a computer game version of chess developed by Targem Games and Zuxxez Entertainment and published by TopWare Interactive. It was released on May 17, 2011 for PC (Windows and Mac), PlayStation 3, PlayStation Portable, Nintendo DS, Xbox 360 and Wii in Europe. The U.S. version of this game can not be released due to an injunction by Interplay Entertainment for Trademark infringement. The case is set to go to trial by jury in the Summer of 2012.
